DAXXIFY is a neuromodulator, similar to BOTOX® and DYSPORT®, that is injected under the skin to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. Neuromodulators work by blocking the transmission of nerve impulses to muscles. When injected into the muscles whose contractions cause wrinkles, DAXXIFY temporarily reduces the activity of these muscles, resulting in a diminished appearance of wrinkles.

DAXXIFY is a BOTOX alternative approved for the treatment of moderate to severe frown lines (glabellar lines) between the eyebrows. It can also help diminish the appearance of other forehead wrinkles, like horizontal lines and crow’s feet.

Before Your Treatment
Before your DAXXIFY treatment, you will attend a personal consultation with one of our expert providers. During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to be candid about your cosmetic concerns and goals. You’ll learn more about DAXXIFY, then together you will decide on the right treatment plan for you.
During Your Treatment
During your DAXXIFY treatment, you will recline in a comfortable chair as your provider administers DAXXIFY with a small needle. Treatment only takes about 10 minutes.
After DAXXIFY Treatment
No downtime is needed after DAXXIFY. You might experience some mild redness and swelling at the injection sites, but this will resolve very quickly. You should begin to see results within one week, and you’ll see the full results of your treatment within two weeks.

Who is a good candidate for DAXXIFY?
If you are troubled by moderate to severe glabellar lines (frown lines) or forehead wrinkles, you may be a good candidate for DAXXIFY. DAXXIFY is not recommended for use in women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or for patients who have allergies to its ingredients.
How long do DAXXIFY results last?
Many of our patients see a significant reduction in forehead wrinkles after their DAXXIFY treatment. Individual results may vary depending on factors such as metabolism, skin type, and the severity of wrinkles treated.
