As of 8.17.2022, we will be requiring a credit card on file to schedule and hold your appointment. Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place or if you “no show” your appointment, there will be a $100/per hour charge. For appointments less than one hour, there will be a $50 charge.
Please provide notice at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. For cancellations outside of our normal business hours, please text or leave a voicemail at 207-761-0177 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel.
For patients that have pre-payments on their accounts, a credit card will not be required to schedule an appointment, however, the 24 hour cancellation notice still applies.
