Sarah Chaousis, PA
Sarah Chaousis has been a PA since 2006 and has a wealth of knowledge in plastic and reconstructive surgery and medical aesthetics. Sarah is a trained aesthetic injector and offers Botox, dermal fillers, and a variety of other treatments such as the Vbeam laser, TotalFX CO2 laser resurfacing, sclerotherapy, and in-office procedures (earlobe repairs, and skin tag and mole removal). She is also highly skilled in performing biopsies and treating dermatologic conditions.

Lisa Prentiss, PA
Lisa Prentiss, a physician assistant, has deep roots in Maine, where she grew up and began her healthcare career. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of New England (then known as Westbrook College) and completed her graduate studies at Duke University’s renowned Physician Assistant program. Lisa’s passion for medicine was sparked early due to a challenging family medical episode. After graduating, she worked 16 years in cardiology at Maine Medical Center and later transitioned to adult inpatient medicine. In 2020, she joined the Cosmetic Enhancement Center, training extensively in lasers, skincare, and tissue tightening procedures. Lisa now specializes in advanced laser treatments and microneedling technologies, helping patients boost their self-confidence. Additionally, she leads the center’s weight and wellness initiative, leveraging her 30 years of internal medicine expertise to provide personalized, concierge-level services focused on patient safety and optimal outcomes. With a comprehensive approach to wellness, Lisa works closely with patients to help them achieve measurable health improvements.

- Fun fact about her: Lisa has traveled the world and even participated in medical missions. She’s also a proud mother of a college athlete, often traveling to track meets to cheer her on!

Natalie Nicols, FNP
- Favorite treatment to perform: Botox! I love the subtle yet impactful results it offers and how it helps patients feel more confident.
- Favorite treatment to receive: Botox. I love it for the same reason I love it for my patients, it gives me an refreshed glow that makes me feel more polished and confident.
- Favorite product(s): I love products that are both effective and easy to use – SkinBetter Science’s Alto Advanced for antioxidant protection and their AlphaRet Overnight Cream for smooth, youthful-looking skin. Colorescience Flex SPF is my must-have for a daily glow with sun protection.
- What she likes to do in her free time: I’m happiest outdoors, whether it’s hiking, running, skiing, or spending time lakeside. I recently completed the Appalachian Trail with my dad, which was an unforgettable experience. I also love spending time with my family, my husband, and our dog McKinley.

Catherine Cole, RN
- Favorite treatment to perform: My favorite treatments are Sculptra and full-face rejuvenation with hyaluronic acid dermal fillers. I enjoy enhancing my patients’ natural facial contours, improving their skin quality, and creating beautiful results that look refreshed, yet natural.
- Favorite treatment to receive: VirtueRF skin tightening is my personal favorite – thanks to its ability to smooth, firm, and rejuvenate the skin while stimulating long-term collagen production!
- Favorite product(s): I swear by SkinMedica’s TNS Advanced+ Serum and HA5 Hydra Collagen. I recommend these products for supporting the three key building blocks of youthful skin: elastin, collagen, and hyaluronic acid. These products are not only staples in my own skincare routine, but also in my patient treatment plans.
- What she likes to do in her free time: I enjoy spending time with my French Bulldog, Stan, spoiling my grandbaby, and relaxing at the lake.

- Fun Fact: One of my favorite rides is my vintage 1930’s Old Town canoe, it’s perfect for my trips up to camp!

Tiffany Nelson, RN
Tiffany Nelson has been a registered nurse since 2008 and a licensed aesthetician since 2009, bringing more than 15 years of nursing and aesthetic experience to the Cosmetic Enhancement Center. Before joining CEC, Tiffany spent several years in the plastic surgery and medi-spa industries. She has a wealth of knowledge in injectables, lasers, skincare, and beyond.
- Favorite treatment to perform: I love Sculptra, doing lips, first-time Botox on a patient and of course, my Botox regulars!

Beth O’Brien, RN

- What she likes to do in her free time: I enjoy being active and staying busy. Yoga, golf, tennis, mountain biking, and cycle classes are my exercise go-tos. I’m a big foodie and love to cook, but I’m not so groovy on the clean up! I also love traveling with my daughter overseas and immersing in the local culture and people.

Shirley Millett, M.E.
Shirley Millett received her license in medical aesthetics from Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 1999 and has been practicing in the medical aesthetics industry for more than two decades. Today, she specializes in skin rejuvenation and laser treatments including, but not limited to, Sofwave, Ultherapy, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Tattoo Removal, Microneedling RF, Hair Restoration, and IPL.

- Why she loves her work: I have been in the aesthetics industry for 25 years and I love that I’m able to help patients love their skin and look their best. Educating my patients about our various services and products is very importation to me and most of all, I enjoy the relationships that I have with my patients.

Jules Brodeur, LE
Jules Broduer has been a licensed aesthetician since 2013 and has been in the beauty, salon and spa industry for nearly 20 years. Jules specializes in laser treatments, Diamond Glow, microneedling treatments, skincare consultations and more.

- Why she loves her work: Educating patients on proper use of skincare while guiding them through a treatment plan that achieves their goals brings me joy! When you understand that your skin needs and become consistent at providing those needs, you’ll see the most amazing results. It really is so rewarding!

Danielle Hagemeyer, LE
Danielle Hagemeyer graduated from Spa Tech Institute in 2019 and has five years of experience as a licensed aesthetician. Before joining CEC, Danielle worked as an aesthetician in the area and managed her and her husband’s construction business. Danielle sees patients in our Portland location for a variety of aesthetic treatments, including Diamond Glow, Chemical Peels, Dermaplaning, Microneedling with PRP as well as energy treatments including SofWave, FoLix, Pelleve, Laser Hair Removal, Aviclear, PicoWay, VirtueRF, and Body Sculpting.

- What she likes to do in her free time: In my free time, I love being with my husband, our son, and our two golden retrievers. We enjoy spending time outdoors together, whether it’s boating, paddleboarding, or relaxing by Sebago Lake.
- Why she loves her work: I love helping improve patients’ skin and giving them solutions/providing treatments that truly make a difference. In the past, I’ve struggled with my own acne and skin issues, so I know what it’s like to find something that not only works but improves your confidence and outlook on life. My goal is to help others feel confident in their own skin too!

Rita Juliano, LE
Rita Juliano graduated from Emmanuel College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies and has experience in marketing and business management. In 2021, she shifted her passion to focus on skincare and aesthetics and attended the Catherine Hines Institute of Esthetics, where she received her aesthetics license in early 2022. At CEC, Rita provides aesthetic treatments including Diamond Glow, Chemical Peels, dermaplaning, and microneedling with PRP as well as energy treatments including SofWave, FoLix, Pelleve, laser hair removal, and VirtueRF.

- What she likes to do in her free time: I enjoy spending time with my family in Massachusetts, especially my dog, Franklin. I love boating, walking on the beach in the summer, and skiing in the winter. Italian food is my favorite, and I love trying new restaurants!
- Why she loves her work: What I love most about my work is witnessing the transformation in people’s confidence – enhancing their natural beauty helps them become more comfortable in their own skin! My favorite patients are those with minimal skincare experience. I’m passionate about educating them on the best products for their skin and creating customized skincare regimens to address their specific concerns.

Kristen Garrigan
Kristen Garrigan worked in the medical industry for nearly two decades prior to joining CEC. She graduated from Coolsculpting University in the summer of 2017 and received her Coolsculpting Master’s certification in May 2019. Beyond Coolsculpting, Kristen helps patients further their body sculpting goals through CoolTone, Emsculpt Neo, and Emsella treatments.

Allie Pinkham, CMA
Allie Pinkham became a Certified Medical Assistant in 2020 and has since built five years of experience in the aesthetics industry. In 2021, she transitioned to a more hands-on role, working closely with Dr. Atkins for the past four years. Specializing in body sculpting treatments like Emsella, Cooltone, Emsculpt Neo, and Coolsculpting, Allie is dedicated to helping clients regain confidence and achieve natural, sculpted results. Currently pursuing her nursing degree, Allie is on the path to becoming a Nurse Practitioner and is excited to expand her expertise in the future.
