Pellevé® in Portland, METhe Pellevé® wrinkle reduction system is a non-invasive anti-aging solution that doesn’t involve any needles or surgery. Pellevé® uses radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen production in the skin. After treatment, the body will use this collagen to lift and tighten the skin, reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
Pellevé® is most often used to address crow’s feet and smile lines, although it is an effective option for treating a variety of facial wrinkles and lines.
What is PelleFirm™?
PelleFirm™ is a body contouring and skin tightening treatment that uses non-invasive radiofrequency energy to enhance the contours of the body. This treatment is most often used to reduce the appearance of cellulite, although it can also help reduce stubborn fat and tighten loose skin.
PelleFirm™ works by using radiofrequency energy, which stimulates collagen production in the skin. The gentle heating in combination with continued collagen production causes a gradual skin tightening effect, smoothing out cellulite and improving the figure. PelleFirm™ can be used on the following areas of the body:

- Arms
- Buttocks
- Thighs

Your Pellevé® / PelleFirm™ treatment at Cosmetic Enhancement Center of New England will depend on a number of factors. During your free consultation, we will discuss your treatment goals to determine the approach to your Pellevé® / PelleFirm™ treatment that will work best for you.
Some patients may need multiple treatment sessions. We will consider these and other factors in order to provide you with the full cost of your treatment during your consultation. To make this and other services more affordable, we are proud to offer financing through CareCredit®.
What is the Pellevé® Treatment Like?
The Pellevé® treatment is safe and comfortably performed without the use of any anesthetic. During the treatment, the Pellevé® system will be used to gently deliver radiofrequency energy deep within the skin. This process instantly triggers collagen production in the body, which is responsible for producing rejuvenation benefits. A single Pellevé® treatment typically takes about an hour to perform.
What is the PelleFirm™ Treatment Like?
The PelleFirm® treatment is non-surgical and non-invasive, so there is no anesthetic required. In fact, most patients find the treatment to be quite comfortable and often compare it to a warm massage. During treatment, a protective gel will be applied to the skin in the treatment area. This treatment takes approximately 30 minutes.

Is There Any Downtime After Pellevé® / PelleFirm™?
You may experience some minor skin redness following your Pellevé® / PelleFirm™ treatment, but the skin typically returns to normal within a few hours of the procedure. There is no downtime or recovery period necessary after Pellevé® / PelleFirm™, and you will be able to return to all normal activities immediately.
What Kind of Results Can I Expect from Pellevé / PelleFirm™?
The results from Pellevé® / PelleFirm™ will become increasingly visible over time as collagen production increases in the skin. Many patients begin to notice results within a few weeks, with more dramatic results developing in the following months. However, we recommend that patients receive a series of treatments to achieve optimal results.
